What is a contact?

A contact is a known user that comes to us either because you have a user ID on that contact or you have their email address.  

Can I add more contacts to my plan?

Yes. Contacts are $10/month for each additional 2,000 (beyond the 10,000 included in the Pro Plan).

Do you offer Professional Services?

We do! It is available in the Enterprise Plan or you can also purchase the 90-day onboarding program or CSM time by getting in touch.

What are my payment options?

Credit card for monthly plans. If you choose to pay annually, you have the option to be invoiced via ACH or Wire.

How many team members can I add to my account?

Each additional user is billed at $75/month on a prorated basis. 

How quickly can I start using my account?

Immediately, there is no friction between you and our product. We take the companies we look up to and the PLG movement, seriously.

How do you calculate my bill?

We charge you based on the maximum number of users and contacts in your account during the month. Each month on the anniversary of your subscription, we will charge the credit card on file in $USD.
